HOW TO DRINK GREEN BARLEY JUICE
Here are the instructions and important reminders on how to drink GREEN BARLEY JUICE:

1. Fill the bottle with COLD OR TAP WATER up to the line or indentation just above the label. Use as much as possible alkaline or mineral water. Distilled water is quite acidic and cancer cells like to thrive in acid-based liquids.
2. Shake vigorously until it’s a bit frothy.
3. NEVER USE HOT WATER. It may kill the live enzymes. Even the manufacturing processes (extraction and powderization) did not undergo heat process to retain all the nutrients innate in the barley grass. Cold water activates the enzymes.
4. Don’t drink directly from the bottle or the cap. Transfer the juice in glass, ceramic or plastic glass and spoon, not metal. The enzymes usually react to metals.
5. Best taken thirty (30) minutes before each meal, most especially in the morning upon waking up just before breakfast. One major reason for this is that Green Barley is a total food so it is good that all its nutrients are the first things that our body digests before we begin our day.
6. It is recommended that before gulping up the juice, take in a small amount first, let it rest under the tongue for 5-20 seconds. This is called “sublingual”. There are a lot of arteries under our tongue that aid in faster absorption of nutrients.
